AGEN.KIZOMBA.COM, CUBANGO CONNEXION TLSE & DJ AKYM are pleased and honoured to announce that the 2025 edition of 𝙍𝙄𝙄𝙄𝙎𝘾𝘼 𝙁𝙀𝙎𝙏𝙄𝙑𝘼𝙇 is finally in stores!
For those unlucky enough not to be among the first explorers of the Riiisca universe in 2024, we're offering you another chance to experience Toulouse with us in 2025:
Mark your calendar in red, in big letters, in huge letters: Friday 28 March to Monday 31 March 2025 - RIIISCA FESTIVAL 2025 !!!!!
For this 2nd edition, there's a change of venue: this time we're exporting ourselves to the south-east of Toulouse, to the town of Saint-Orens, to take over a theatre on a human scale, which will adapt to you/us for the occasion.
An unusual venue that we hope will appeal to you as much as it does to us.
About RIIISCA :
For the record: RIIISCA is spelt with 3 ‘i's to symbolise the 3 players who are co-organising the event, but also to evoke the enthusiasm we'd like it to arouse in you! Enthusiasm that deserves more letters to make its name resonate! RI-RI-RI-RI! RIIISCA! RI-RI-RI-RI! RIIISCA! RI-RI-RI-RI! RIIISCA!
Why ‘Riiisca’, you might ask?
From the verb ‘riscar’, which means ‘to scratch’ in Portuguese: used to describe dancers who leave marks on the floor as they move.
So be warned: no dancer will leave the dancefloor without first leaving a mark on the floor.
A festival of 𝑲𝑰𝒁𝑶𝑴𝑩𝑨 / 𝑺𝑬𝑴𝑩𝑨 as we like them, in the Ville Rose, is a dream that doesn't date back to yesterday but that we've taken the time to perfect.
We hope that many of you will (re-)come and experience it with us.
On the programme: fun, learning, culture, encounters, musical and artistic discoveries and miles of dancing.
In short, it's going to be another magnificent, intense and stimulating weekend.
